This sampler was stitched on 32-count Antique Ivory Belfast linen and is worked in DMC threads.

This sampler was designed in the long, narrow style of the traditional band samplers of the 17th century. It is worked mostly in cross stitch, but other stitches used are: herringbone, four-sided, satin stitch and long-arm cross stitch.
